"At the Hop" Kindergarten Graduation...

We have a WONDERFUL school!  One of the best things about our school is that their Kindergarten graduation is like none other.  They don't wear caps and gowns and have a formal graduation but they put on a show.  It is too cute!

The theme was "At the Hop" where the kids lip synced & danced to the songs Rock Around the Clock, Happy Days, At the Hop, Johnny Be Good, Please Mr. Postman, The Twist, Teddy Bear, Splish Splash, My Boyfriend's Back, The Leader of the Pack and Hand Jive.  Parker was one of the DJ's and announced the songs before they started.

Parker with his best friend, Caid...

Parker and his friend Gracey...

Kids from his class-they were all decked out in 50's style...

After the program, they gave out the diplomas...

After graduation we all went to the library and had cake to celebrate...

Parker's great-grandma, Sugie, got to come for the graduation.  She was so proud...

Mrs. Bradley, the para for Parker's class, made these cute little cupcakes for each of the kids.  She is so talented...

Mrs. Bradley...

Mrs. Ivins...my last baby to have her as a kindergarten teacher.  We have been with her the last two years with both Hayden and Parker having her.  It was bitter-sweet to say goodbye.  She is a great teacher!

On to first grade!
